Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all of us have either been needed or urged to work from home in 2020. We are at an all-time high for individuals working at home in the United Kingdom, and 46.6 percent of employees performed at least some jobs at home in April 2020.

While it is necessary for us to take a serious approach to our current working lifestyle, it is also vital that we refrain from working too hard to learn how to sit on a computer comfortably to find the right ergonomic office chair that suits us.

With several individuals citing COVID-19 and national lockdowns as an important source, stress levels are on the rise. We believe it's safe for a second to take a step back from the hustle and bustle of office politics, busy deadlines, and writing reports and engaging in something dumb.
