Tips for Working Remotely and Productively #infographic

To those of us who are lucky enough to be able to continue working during the lock-down, one of the toughest changes is to adapt to an atmosphere that is "work from home." It can be hard to get started on the right track without much remote work experience and to create the perfect space for us to work productively.

At the beginning of my lockdown journey the new dynamic of working permanently (for the time being) from home was unsettling; I was still sorting out my system, and at times I found it difficult to concentrate. That may also be due in part to Covid-19 concerns. Yet with a few remote work tips and tricks I settled in, built up my ideal little room and gave myself a routine and guidance. I realized, of course, that I really started to work a lot more productive and that midday burnout was a thing of the past.

The best thing about working remotely is that you're mostly dependent on your experience. No more unannounced colleagues will pop in for a chat, no impromptu group meetings outside your house and no birthdays with the required celebratory cake (who can say no to cake?). And it is up to you to make it begin! Here are a few remote work tips to help you cultivate the most successful experience possible.
