Overnight Oat Recipes Great for Breakfast #infographic

Oats are among the healthiest choices regarding weight loss, skin, and digestive system. It keeps us safe when done on an empty stomach in the morning. One of its most significant advantages is that it contains both soluble and insoluble fibre, it is the perfect breakfast food that also has positive cancer prevention effects.  Some of the overnight oatmeal recipes are made from fruits and nuts.

Chia Berry: 
The seed ingredients for berry chia include 1⁄2 cup of mixed berries, 1⁄2 cup of milk and 1⁄4 cup of Greek yogurt needed for the liquid. The mix-ins will include one teaspoon berry jam, 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract, one teaspoon honey, and one teaspoon of chia seeds. To the base we will need 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.

Blueberry banana: 
Ingredients for blueberry bananas include 1⁄2 cup blueberry toppings and 1⁄2 cup sliced banana. 1⁄2 cup of organic milk, 1⁄2 cup of vanilla extract for the mixture, 1 1⁄2 cup of chia seeds and 1⁄2 cup of mashed bananas. To the base we will need 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.

Blueberry Almond: 
The blueberry almond needs 1⁄4 cup of blueberries, with 3⁄4 cup of milk included in the mixture. The mix-ins shall contain 1⁄4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 spoonful of almond butter, 1-2 teaspoon of honey.  For 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats, the foundation will be prepared.

Banana Nuts:
 For the liquid 2/3 cup of milk, two tablespoons of walnuts and 1/3 cup of sliced bananas are added to the banana nut toppings. The mix-ins will include 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 chia pepper pods, 1⁄2 mashed banana. The base will require around 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.

Maple French toast: 
Maple French toast is made from 2/3 almond milk, with 1⁄2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1⁄4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1⁄4 mashed bananas and 1⁄2 teaspoon of maple syrup mixed in. The base is made of 1⁄2 cup rolled oats.

Peanut-better banana:
 for the liquid, peanut butter banana would need 1⁄2 cup of almond milk and 1⁄4 cup of Greek yogurt. The mix-ins will include 1 pinch of salt, 1 spoonful of peanut butter—2 teaspoons of sugar, 1⁄2 mashed bananas, and 1 spoonful of ground flaxseed. The base is built using 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.

Cherry Vanilla: 
1⁄2 cup of pitted cherries with 1⁄2 cup of milk and 1⁄4 cup of vanilla yogurt in the mixture will be the cherry vanilla toppings. Mix-ins will consist of one teaspoon of cinnamon and one teaspoon of ground flaxseeds, and the base will be prepared with 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.

 Strawberry vanilla toppings contain one cup of sliced strawberries, 1⁄2 cup of liquid milk. The mix-ins are 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon chia seed and 1⁄2 teaspoon honey. The base needs a 1⁄2 cup of rolled oats.

Coconut chocolate:
 Coconut chocolate is made with 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut and 1⁄4 cup of almond toppings, adding 3⁄4 cup of milk to the cream. The mix-ins include 1⁄2 cubic tablespoons of cocoa powder, two teaspoon chia seeds and two teaspoons of honey. The foundation allows for 1⁄2 cup rolled oats.
