If you haven't seen or seen poké before, you're in for a gourmet treat. This fresh, good fish dish comes from Hawaii, where it has been popular for decades (even at local gas stations and surf shops you can find it). We've seen a 76 per cent increase in poké meal deliveries since the start of 2017. You can find variants made from tofu or any other cooked proteins if raw fish is not your thing. Although fish in a cup is the easiest form of poké without any other ingredients, continental shops become creative with burritos, rice bowls, salads, and more.
