Cooking is incomplete, with no addition of spices. Every seasoning that you like can be combined with your own choice. It seems more natural to buy a pre-mixed blend but those are usually more expensive. They produce more artificial flavours than the raw ingredient.

Cajun Spice Mix:
You can make the Cajun spice mix after adding a few ingredients which include two cumin spoons, two coriander spoons. To taste can be added two teaspoons of paprika, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of black pepper, and cayenne pepper. It is the optional ingredient of dried oregano, and one teaspoon. This spice blend can be easily done at home, consuming natural and homemade spices is good for our health.

Greek Spice Blend:
Greek spice blend includes 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of dried parsley, 1 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of dried rosemary, 1 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of dried thyme and 3⁄4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg. The addition of certain ingredients to the spices will give your curry a special, delicious flavor.

Pumpkin Pie Spice:
A pumpkin pie spice blend is not hard to make. This includes cinnamon ground one-and - a-half cup, two ground ginger teaspoons, two ground nutmeg teaspoons, two spice teaspoons, and one ground cloves tablespoon. It is easy to make and you can always make it fresh before you make another recipe that requires a pumpkin spice blend.

 Lemon Pepper: Lemon pepper is one of the most natural spice blends to be made, with just three ingredients. This contains three lemon zest, two spoonfuls plus two teaspoons of black pepper and two spoonfuls of salt.

Curry Spice Blend:
Curry is one of the much-loved and tasty dishes. Curry spice mix includes two teaspoons of cumin powder, two tablespoons of coriander ground, two tablespoons of turmeric, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of cardamom ground, 1⁄2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

A mix of Italian spices:
Italian food is enjoyed by people of all ages and the Italian spice blend is made with two tablespoons of dried basil, two tablespoons of dried oregano included. It also contains one spoonful of dried thyme, one spoonful of dried rosemary, one spoonful of garlic powder, one and a half teaspoon of onion powder and one and a half teaspoon oil. These are all essential ingredients that are always available at home, so that Italian spice can be easily combined.

Seasoning Tacos:
Tacos are popular around the world. Taco seasoning requires 2 spoonfuls of chili powder, 2 spoonfuls of ground cumin, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 1⁄2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. If you want, you can include this as an optional ingredient, 1⁄2 teaspoon salt and 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano.

Indian Sweet Spice Blend: 
The last one is an Indian sweet spice blend that you can mix with a mustard seed tablespoon, 1⁄2 cumin seed teaspoon. 1⁄4 Hinging Tablespoon, also known as Asafetida. Add 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric to taste and not more than 3⁄4 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon cumin ground and 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin ground.
