Niranjan Kumbi, Sr Director, Product Management, Adobe (Marketo) claims that AI can make marketing smarter and better for customers. He predicted the cost of running AI would get cheaper over the next five years and awareness would become an essential component of business process.

Unapologetic marketing truth-teller Katie Martell claims poorly executed value-based marketing can intensify customer mistrust. She predicted that insincere, value-based marketing campaigns do nothing for the movements they pander to whilst adding unnecessary risk to the business.
 Adobe's global mJaqi Saleem, the president of professional digital services, is thinking brand awareness will make a comeback. She projected that many have favored investing in easily measured activities, and a wider brand strategy helps drive the company's long-term growth.

He predicted that MA will help attract consumers who can be customized to their needs when paired with CRM; it allows businesses to understand what customers care about and synchronize marketing and sales.rketing, Paulo Cesar Freitas Martins believes effective marketers can leverage AI, video, and digital ABM. He believed marketers could drive unprecedented growth if it had embraced artificial intelligence, video, and interactive ABM campaigns.

The last marketing expert, Brian Solis, who is the digital analyst, believes that AI can feel practically human when it comes to power marketing. He predicted that, as we move further into the future, marketing will evolve from delivering personalization to setting the stage for humanisation.
This can therefore be inferred that marketing is an ever-changing process, and in the years to come it will be further modernised.
