We found that many of the other results of the study were carried out by our own customers through their promotions and fitted with new data.

We looked at marketers who used three or more channels in their promotions and compared them to marketers who used just one channel in total.

Vendors with a more complete experience have a 90 percent higher retention rate for consumers by single-channel marketers.

Our data show that single-channel marketers had customer retention rates of just 34.8 percent, with advertisers using three or more channels reaching retention rates of more than 66 per cent. This data shows how more tools can be used to achieve customer loyalty.
