I guess I'm a casual runner, who runs for about 20 minutes 2-3 days a week. I don't run a marathon without present ambitions but I want to make sure I keep my legs safe. The best way to keep your legs safe is to follow the advice of your doctor, evaluate the weaknesses and strengths of your legs, strengthen your legs and rest them.

Through keeping a regular schedule it will guarantee good results for your goals. We're going to talk about some fun stuff to try and stay motivated when working toward good leg goals. They have plenty of variety to help keep things interesting while strengthening your muscles; even muscles you knew you didn't have.
